We started as a two-person desk in Noida booking flights for neighbours. Twelve years later we are an IATA-accredited company with 85 people, 400+ corporate clients and more than a million travellers who trusted us with their plans.
Built on follow-ups, not advertising
Most travel companies spend on ads and hope for the best. We grew on referrals — a customer telling a cousin that someone actually answered the phone at 11 PM when their connection was missed. That is still the only growth channel we truly trust.
In 2014 we had one counter, one phone line and a promise: the person who quotes your trip stays with you until you are home. That promise became a workflow.
